Return & Cancellation Policy

At KinderlyKids, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped, whichever comes first.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• If eligible, the refund for a cancelled order will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Items returned without original packaging or tags.
• Products marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable.
• Hygiene or personal-use products once opened (if applicable).

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
• After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
• For customer-initiated returns (such as change of mind or incorrect size ordered), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
